See our return policy, step-by-step instructions for initiating a return, and additional information on refunds, exchanges, and shipping guidelines.
Once you have created your return:
1. Send the products back to us.

2. You will receive an email with info
You will receive an email confirming that you have created a return.
You will also receive a return number which you will need if you contact us.
3. Wait for our reply
It usually takes 5-10 days before we receive your return.
Once we have received your return, we will refund your money.
You will hear from us again once we have received and processed your return.

Remember to pack the products securely in a durable packaging.
Once we receive your return package, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via email and process your refund immediately.
The refund will automatically be processed via the payment method that you selected during the return process.
If you paid with a debit card
The money should reach your bank account within 3-4 working days. Banks will not process the refund on weekends or on any holidays (and they have a lot of them), so please take this into account.
If you paid via Mastercard or other credit cards
You should be able to see the refund on your credit card statement within 3-4 working days. Sometimes it takes a bit longer for credit cards, we wish it wasn't so! But it is out of our control.
The money will be refunded to the credit card itself, and not the bank account attached to the card. Unfortunately this is the only way we are able to process the refund for credit cards. So remember to check the bank statement of your credit card.
At Djois we only sell and manufactur products that we have carefully tested for overall quality.
But because we are so confident in our products and quality and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer 100 days to return your product.
You can return your items for any reason whatsoever, or just no reason at all.
You can return an item, provided the item has not been used (as far as is reasonably possible) and that all packaging is intact.
